What is Expert Pricing & Digital Insights?
We are looking for an experienced and analytical professional to join our team as Expert Pricing & Digital Insights. This role is responsible for leading pricing strategies and providing deep business insights for the prepaid segment and digital services portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through data-driven decision-making, customer behavior analysis, competitive benchmarking, and innovative pricing models. The team consists of 9 members reporting under the Head of Pricing.
What does Expert Pricing & Digital Insights do?
- Leverage internal and external data to uncover actionable insights related to customer behaviour, product usage, churn, and revenue trends.
- Monitor and report performance of Digital and Prepaid offerings (daily, weekly, monthly dashboards).
- Analyse KPIs and recommend product changes to support business targets (base growth, revenue, retention, etc).
- Conduct in-depth competitive benchmarking across local telecom market and OTT players.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports with pricing and feature comparisons.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, digital consumer behaviour trends, and technology evolution impacting telecom services.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in digital product monetization, including data bundles, content services, gamification, and fintech integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Digital, Sales, Technology) to enure smooth execution as per segment strategy.
- Support through Insights in formulation and end-to-end management of pricing strategies for Prepaid GSM, VAS, and Digital services.
- Regularly evaluate the pricing landscape and recommend adjustments in line with market dynamics and consumer trends.
- Lead pricing simulations, elasticity analysis, and monetization strategies to optimize ARPU and customer lifetime value
- Support business cases and pre/post-launch performance tracking of digital product launches.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Pricing & Digital Insights?
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial planning, or digital analytics within the telecom or digital industry.
- Proven experience working with prepaid segment and digital product portfolios (preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau; knowledge of Firebase, Google Analytics and Mix Pannel.
- Sound understanding of telecom KPIs, revenue models, and digital ecosystems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agility in working with fast-paced, data-driven teams.
