Field Sales Executive
Mission Statement
To develop the market in order to increase Market Share, enhance Numeric & Weighted Availability along with
Share within the outlet by achieving secondary sales target while ensuring the maximum availability of the
company’s product, creation & re-activation of outlets that exist in marketplace, execution in every outlet as per
company guidelines and act as a guardian of the company assets deployed in the market
Main Responsibilities
1. Volume & NSR:
To ensure Secondary pack wise volume and NSR targets are met and suggest new ways to generate more sales.
Provide accurate secondary Sales forecast of his area.
2. Customer Relationship/Account Management
Maintain customer collaboration and relationship with all the customers in his/her area to ensure that they remain
loyal. To ensure proper handling of all customer complaints in a timely manner as per company guidelines.
Maintain an updated fact sheet on every customer. He is also responsible for tracking & timely settlement of
market accounts (Glass, Accounts Receivable, Discounts, DME etc.)
3. Team Management
Responsible for training and developing Presellers/Merchandisers
4. Availability Expansion
To ensure new outlets are created and retained as per target and area potential.
5. SFE KPI’s
To analyze SFE KPI’s and suggest ways to improve them. To ensure that all data in the sales information systems
pertaining to his/her area is cleansed, validated, and updated on a regular basis.
6. In-Outlet Execution
To ensure Daily In-Outlet Execution is carried out by his team as per PicOS & RED criteria, ensure proper execution
of all marketing initiatives in his area.
7. Competitor Intelligence
To monitor and report competitor activity in his/her assigned area and suggest ways to counter them.
8. Equipment Management
Supervise/ensure the proper injection and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass,
Shell, Signage, Outlet Activation material etc.
Candidate Education
Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
