Grace Fabrics International is a leading name in the textile industry, known for quality, innovation, and excellence in fabric manufacturing. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as Finishing Shift Incharge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the fabric finishing operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure the finishing of dyed fabrics meets company quality and process standards.
- Monitor shift performance, machine operations, and production output.
- Coordinate with dyeing, quality control, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain proper documentation and shift-wise production and quality reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within textile finishing operations.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric finishing processes and dyeing standards.
- Strong leadership and shift management capabilities.
- Ability to handle operational challenges and ensure timely production targets.
