About the Role
We need a savvy Fiverr Gigs Specialist to launch, grow, and optimize new Fiverr seller accounts from the ground up. You’ll design high-converting gigs, implement growth hacks, manage orders, and boost visibility for new freelancers or businesses entering Fiverr. This role blends strategy, content creation, and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Launch: Set up new Fiverr seller accounts (profiles, gig portfolios, pricing tiers).
- Gig Creation & Optimization: Write compelling gig titles/descriptions, select keywords/tags, and design eye-catching gig images/videos.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor impressions, clicks, conversions, and rankings; adjust strategies using Fiverr Analytics.
- Order Management: Handle client communications, requirements gathering, and delivery timelines for new sellers.
- Review & Ranking Boost: Implement tactics to secure 5-star reviews and improve gig visibility quickly.
- Competitor Analysis: Research top-performing gigs in target niches and adapt best practices.
- Client Reporting: Share biweekly performance updates (traffic, orders, revenue).
Qualifications
- Proven Fiverr Seller Experience: 1+ years successfully selling on Fiverr (not just buying).
- Portfolio of Success: Examples of gigs you’ve optimized (e.g., "Grew new account to Level 1 in 30 days").
- SEO & Conversion Skills: Mastery of Fiverr’s search algorithm, keyword research, and conversion rate optimization.
- Design Basics: Ability to create simple gig thumbnails (Canva) or brief designers.
- Data-Driven: Comfort with Fiverr Analytics; uses metrics to guide decisions.
- Communication: Fluent English; polished, professional client interactions.
- Autonomy: Self-managed, detail-oriented, and solves problems proactively.
Nice to Haves
- Experience managing multiple Fiverr accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Fiverr’s Promoted Gigs, Seller Plus, or analytics tools.
- Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut).
- Understanding of niche markets (e.g., VA, graphic design, AI services).
