Job Responsibilities:.
Recruitment Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Assist in promoting job opportunities through online and offline channels, attending job fairs, and building relationships with universities and industry professionals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and generate reports to track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have worked in HR department, preferably in a sales & support or BPO companies.
Knowledge: Familiarity with HRMS
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with candidates, maintain a network of contacts, and collaborate with hiring managers.
Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and work within deadlines.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing resumes, assessing candidate suitability, and making informed recruitment decisions.
Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities, business needs, and evolving recruitment strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
