Role Overview
We’re seeking a high-level Influencer & Outreach Marketing Manager to develop and execute a full-funnel creator acquisition strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, onboarding, and managing brand ambassadors, content creators, and athletes who align with our voice and audience.
This is not just a basic gifting program—we’re looking for someone who understands creator ROI, builds lasting relationships, and knows how to structure scalable influencer pipelines that drive real conversions and brand equity.
Core Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Segmentation
- Build dynamic lists of creators across verticals: athletic performance, skateboarding, fitness, recovery, lifestyle, tech/product reviewers
- Prioritize creators by audience relevance, engagement rate, storytelling ability, and conversion potential
- Use tools like Modash, Influencity, Heepsy, or manual deep dive methods
Outreach & Negotiation
- Craft personalized pitches and value-driven messages (not just generic DMs)
- Negotiate brand deals: from product seeding to paid placements and affiliate structures
- Establish scalable onboarding SOPs and contract templates
Campaign Execution & Tracking
- Coordinate content deadlines, usage rights, reposting approvals
- Work with our creative team to repurpose influencer content into high-performing paid ads or email campaigns
- Build and manage dashboards to track ROI, CAC, engagement lift, and LTV from creator campaigns
Relationship Building
- Foster long-term relationships with high-performing creators
- Build an inner circle of brand champions and repeat collaborators
- Host quarterly creator review calls or product sneak peeks to keep talent engaged
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social partnerships
- Deep understanding of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube culture, trends, and creator economy
- Strong persuasion, copywriting, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track creator ROI, affiliate performance, and A/B test content types
- Experience with platforms like Upfluence, Aspire, Grin, or Postscript is a plus
- Bonus: connections in athletic, skate, or performance recovery niches
