Role Overview
Mint Source is hiring a highly self-driven and results-oriented Cold Outreach Specialist for a Canadian marketing agency to lead outbound prospecting and engagement efforts across email and LinkedIn. You’ll be supporting both their internal lead generation and that of select client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone with a sharp sense for messaging, strong attention to detail, and a hunger to experiment and drive results. You’ll be managing cold email campaigns, optimizing outreach sequences, consulting on LinkedIn content strategy, and creating targeted lead lists with precision. The agency operates with a structure that favors independence and performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute cold email outreach campaigns across internal and client accounts
- Use tools like Email Bison, Instantly, and Apollo to segment and automate sequences
- Create lead lists tailored to specific ICPs using LinkedIn Navigator and Apollo
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach campaigns and track engagement across multiple profiles
- Provide guidance and structure around the founder’s LinkedIn content strategy
- Track and optimize outreach performance across channels
- Monitor inboxes, reply to warm leads, and flag opportunities for follow-up
- Propose new tactics to improve open rates, click-throughs, and reply rates
- Report weekly on campaign performance and lead progress
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, email marketing, or outreach management
- Familiarity with tools like Email Bison, Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to segment and personalize at scale
- Excellent written communication and copy instincts
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a “test and learn” attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive communicator who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, async-first environment
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Cold emails sent monthly
- LinkedIn messages sent
- LinkedIn content posted by the founder based on your input and recommendations
- Generate interested and qualified leads within the first 30–60 days
- Begin contributing to content and outreach strategy by week 2
- Demonstrate consistent performance improvements through testing and iteration
