**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating interest in our service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make a minimum of 500 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
- Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations to present our products/services.
- Follow a structured script while also adapting to customer responses to maintain engagement.
- Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Update CRM systems with accurate call notes, contact details, and follow-up actions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to continuously improve performance.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience in a cold calling role.
Must have a native American accent with strong English speaking skills. Pakistani accent is not acceptable.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Must be available from 9:00 am EST till 6:00 pm EST
