We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in US Recruitment to join our team and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with clients looking for recruitment services in various industries across the U.S.
- Leverage your understanding of the US recruitment industry to pitch tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of hiring pain points and workforce trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and product/service presentations with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop strategic sales plans, using a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and alignment on hiring goals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use CRM tools to track sales pipeline, update prospect/client interactions, and report regularly on performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in US Recruitment – either as a recruiter or sales professional selling recruitment/staffing solutions.
- Previous experience in a B2B sales or sales-focused environment is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you must be confident, persuasive, and client-facing.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” to generate leads and close deals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup with access to a reliable internet connection, home office, and communication tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, outreach tools, and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling recruitment/staffing solutions to small-to-mid-sized businesses or enterprise clients.
- Understanding of various industries such as IT, Healthcare, Pharma, Finance, Manufacturing, or Real Estate is a plus.
- Call center background

Pay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
