About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is focused on generating high-quality leads through various digital marketing channels to support our sales and business development efforts in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (social media and Google).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and market segmentation.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems to track lead performance.
- Generate quality leads for real estate projects through online channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital lead generation, preferably in the real estate or marketing industry.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
