As we grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven MTO Lead Generation to join our sales team and support business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting Support: Assist in identifying potential leads through LinkedIn, online directories, and internal tools.
- Outreach Assistance: Help execute basic LinkedIn messaging and email outreach under the guidance of senior team members.
- CRM Maintenance: Support in updating and maintaining lead data in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Lead Follow-up: Track basic responses and assist in scheduling introductory calls or meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the sales and marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and messaging.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions focused on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
- Reporting Assistance: Help in compiling reports and summaries related to outreach efforts and basic KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic internet research skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication and writing skills.
