MTO- MMC
- Assist in creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system for raw materials, trims, and accessories.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely material procurement and delivery.
- Support the inventory management team by monitoring stock levels, consumption patterns, and reorder points.
- Maintain accurate ERP records by updating goods received, stock transfers, and purchase details.
- Prepare daily and weekly material tracking reports for procurement, warehouse, and production teams.
- Help implement and monitor material planning and demand forecasting to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and documentation procedures related to material control.
MTO- Product Development
- Assist the product development team in sampling, costing, and development of new styles as per buyer requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure smooth development processes.
- Help in sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories by communicating with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of samples, specifications, and approvals using Excel or ERP tools.
- Support in preparing tech packs, style sheets, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for new product lines.
- Monitor the sample development timeline and follow up with relevant departments to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to support innovation.
MTO- Fabric
- Monitor daily fabric production processes to ensure quality standards, smooth workflow, and timely delivery.
- Assist in planning and scheduling fabric orders to meet customer requirements and production targets.
- Coordinate with knitting, weaving, dyeing, and finishing departments to track fabric movement and resolve any delays.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections of fabric rolls to identify defects, shrinkage, GSM variation, or shade issues.
- Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory, production reports, and wastage for process improvement.
- Support the implementation of lean practices and suggest improvements in fabric flow, utilization, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and standard operating procedures in all fabric-related operations.
Note: Fresh candidates applying for any of the above three positions must hold a BBA or B.Com degree.
