Job Summary:
Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi is looking for a skilled and creative LinkedIn Marketing Expert to manage and grow our brand presence on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our LinkedIn marketing campaigns to reach relevant professionals, clients, and stakeholders in the aesthetics and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage engaging LinkedIn content (posts, articles, videos).
- Optimize company LinkedIn profile for maximum visibility and branding.
- Build and manage outreach campaigns to generate B2B and B2C leads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reports.
- Manage ad campaigns via LinkedIn Ads Manager (sponsored content, InMail, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain professional interaction.
- Research trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams for aligned messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and audience behavior.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Ads Manager and analytics tools.
- Ability to create compelling content and visuals (in collaboration with design).
- Knowledge of aesthetic/healthcare industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
