We are looking at Techesthete for a Business Developer LinkedIn Expert to join our team and help drive business growth through effective LinkedIn strategies.
- What You’ll Be Doing:
Implement smart lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Upwork, Bark, and other platforms to fuel a high-quality sales pipeline
Drive and manage LinkedIn + email outreach campaigns that get real engagement
Build and maintain a strong B2B pipeline, consistently working toward and hitting revenue targets
Research new business opportunities, identify target markets, and connect with the right decision-makers
Craft compelling outreach messaging and cold campaigns that drive conversions
Use tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, and CRM systems to track prospects and campaign performance
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups until they’re ready for the sales team
Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and technical/sales teams
Share regular performance insights with leadership and continually refine your approach
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales messaging and business goals
Conduct deep industry and competitor research to identify whitespace opportunities and help refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Analyze outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and iterate messaging based on what performs best
Own the entire lead generation process—with room to experiment, optimize, and innovate
- What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales strategy—preferably in IT or tech services
Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Bark, and CRM tools like HubSpot and Apollo
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)—you know how to get attention and build trust
Proven experience with cold outreach, outbound prospecting, and building contact lists from scratch
An analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and optimize accordingly
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented—you take ownership and drive outcomes
A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings
