Strategic Project Management
- Work autonomously and provide effective business support to meet business requirements to ensure that all strategic objectives are achieved as planned
- Manage the day-to-day activities to ensure programs and projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
- Improve new and pre-existing processes, continually re-evaluate whether each project is meeting the applicable standards and engage in problem solving with other staff members.
- Monitor program risks through an on-going process of identifying, assessing, tracking, developing and executing risk mitigation strategies
- To coordinate on and manage and monitor the progress of, various TGM projects in line with strategic plans to ensure achievement of short/long term goals.
Stakeholder & People Management
- Maintain liaison with HR and other stakeholders to manage staff related matters of the Department in an efficient manner
- Liaise between concerned stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, prompt resolution of all queries and effective and timely delivery of results/planned initiatives
- Motivate and direct team to ensure clarity of purpose and work towards common goals
- Work with other stakeholders and colleagues to get the work done on timely basis
- Implement a structured PMP with Treasury & Global Markets for all technology initiatives
- Be an active member of Project Steering Committee
- Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholder and ensuring technical feasibility, resource allocation and availability
- Manage the relationship with the client, the stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations – TM Program, SOP’s, policies etc.
- Provide updates on meetings
- Manage Audits, budget exercise, Goals & KPI’s exercise etc.
Departmental Initiatives:
- Organize events / workshop relevant to the function
- Plan and execute training and development plans for staff.
Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Keep abreast with latest business trends in the industry. Perform competitive analysis to identify market share estimates and track market movements
Administration
- Assume ownership of administrative duties for Infinity, the Treasury e-Platform, including onboarding; password resets; documentation; and other relevant duties
Minimum qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business.
Minimum experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
