About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Support Assistant to help manage internal onboarding tasks for new medspa and wellness clinic clients. This role is focused on behind-the-scenes coordination—no direct customer communication is required. You’ll ensure all internal steps are completed accurately and efficiently so the onboarding team can deliver a smooth experience to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Set up new customer accounts and profiles across internal systems
- Track onboarding progress and update internal documentation and checklists
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical setup, account configuration) to keep onboarding on schedule
- Prepare materials or templates required for each onboarding
- Flag missing information or delays to the onboarding lead
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities
Requirements:
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Trello, or similar
- Good written communication for internal coordination
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in administrative, project coordination, or support roles is a plus
Preferred:
- Familiarity with medspa or wellness clinic operations
- Experience in a remote work environment or startup setting
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
