- Product Management:
- Market research for exploring new avenues and develop or align exiting Islamic products to best meet the customer / market demands. This includes product marketability, competition and bottom line numbers. Development and implementation of related processes and system capacities / development of capacity building of field teams for achieving the desired results.
- Effective team management for uptake of newly developed products and schemes.
- Renewal of existing products:
- Regular monitoring of Islamic product portfolio and suggest necessary alignments / updates and remedial measures for efficient management of sales volume, delinquency, changing customer needs. Renewal of Islamic products as per approve frequencies and ensuring compliance to internal and well as regulatory framework.
- Product Performance:
- Coordinate promotional activities including development of promotional material, liaison with marketing and customer engagement teams, booking and execution of promotional campaigns, creation of brand preference.
- Ensuring positive achievement of product portfolio caps and Islamic product milestone
- Capacity building / people management
- Designing and implementation of training modules in coordination with L&D.
- Extensive training of field teams on newly developed processes, products and controls for effective implementation. Regular Product Refreshers for absorption of product parameters and ensure meticulous compliance.
- Product Takaful:
- Onboarding and management of insurance companies for maximum coverage of portfolio Risks.
- Compliance of regulatory requirements on Livestock takaful, Tractor takaful and management of customer claims and compliance.
- Engineering and implementation of processes and supporting documentation for effective and efficient management of takaful portfolio, claims, complaints and companies
- Regulatory Initiatives:
- Proactively strategizing SBP initiatives and ensuring the leadership positions
- Stakeholders’ management
- Developing and implementation of service standards to effectively manage the stakeholders including CAD, Risk, Audit, CAPU etc for seamless business acquisition and portfolio management.
- Customer services manual to be reviewed / updated, review TATs and service standards to improve operational efficiency and ensure better performance standards.
- SLAs to be reviewed / updated, review TATs and service standards to improve operational efficiency and ensure better performance standards.
- Ensuring the SOPs are aligned and understood by field and keeping them up to date with the latest technologies and apply them to work to increase efficiency.
- Review and analyze customer complaints and promptly address them within set time limits. Investigating the cause of complaints, gathering information from relevant sales and service teams and reviewing sales documentation. Making fair, impartial decisions on whether to uphold a complaint in line with company / regulatory frameworks.
- Audit Management:
- Contesting / responding internal and external audits and insuring compliance of audit reports
- Development & Implementation of Product Strategies:
- Developing short term and long-term strategies to meet the changing market and regulatory dynamics and ensuring effective implementation.
Minimum educational qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree
Minimum experience:
- 5 Years+
Knowledge and skills:
- In depth knowledge of Islamic products and market dynamics of Islamic Banking
- Compliance, regulatory and Shariah knowledge
- Clear understanding of Agriculture Banking dynamics
- Strong interpersonal / communication / Presentation skills
