Job purpose: Field Supervision in the mining site, primary responsibility will be to Monitor, Supervise, and Manage the day-to-day operations of mining activities.
Qualifications: Graduation/DAE (Mining)
Necessary skills and experience required: 2 to 3 years of experience in Operation
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
· Ensure daily toolbox talks before the shift starts.
· Ensure that all personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Ensure compliance of SOPs, MOPs
· Ensure compliance of Level IV documents
· Coordinate and oversee all mining activities, including excavation, loading, and unloading of Overburden.
· Ensure shift-wise inspection of the mining site as per daily plan.
· Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper inspections of equipment.
· Monitor routine and nonroutine activities at the mine site.
· Collaborate with senior mining operators and the geology team to ensure that mining plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
· Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental damage.
· Monitoring and supervising contractor road, ramp, and bench repair activities.
· Ensuring that repair works adhere to the agreed-upon safety guidelines and timelines.
· Conducting regular inspections of dumpsites, resting shelters, and quality checks to maintain the highest standards.
· Managing communication and field coordination between contractors and our internal teams.
· Providing timely reports and updates on the progress of repair work.
· Ensuring timely closing of pending rectification points/observations in the field.
· Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to safety.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and sustainable mining practices.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
