What is a Regional Enterprise Business Manager?
Regional Enterprise Business Manager is responsible for leading and growing JazzCash’s B2B enterprise portfolio in the assigned region. This role demands strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to drive digital financial services adoption across salary disbursements, digital collections (Payment Gateway & In-App), and over-the-counter (OTC) solutions. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Business, the role involves managing a team of over six individuals, with a focus on high-impact partnerships, aggressive business development, and consistent revenue delivery.
What does Regional Enterprise Business Manager do?
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments (sales, product, tech, compliance) and external business partners to align on business goals and execution.
· Team Leadership & Structure: Develop a deep understanding of regional team dynamics, structures, and functions, while effectively leading and mentoring direct and indirect reports.
· Product & Solution Expertise: Master JazzCash’s B2B offerings including salary disbursements, OTC collections, in-app collections, and payment gateway services. Clearly communicate product value propositions to clients and partners.
· Market Intelligence & Partnerships: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and regional targets. Build and expand relationships with current and prospective partners.
· Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and close new enterprise opportunities. Oversee a smooth handover to onboarding teams for implementation.
· Sales Performance Management: Set, monitor, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track team KPIs and ensure high-performance delivery through coaching and performance reviews.
· Reporting & Pipeline Management: Provide timely updates to regional and national management on sales pipeline, ongoing deals, and key challenges.
· Regulatory & Industry Insight: Keep abreast of DFS regulations, compliance requirements (SBP), and emerging best practices in digital payments and collections.
· Sustained Business Growth: Deliver consistent results by driving adoption of JazzCash B2B services and ensuring retention and growth of enterprise accounts.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Regional Enterprise Business Manager?
· Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related field.
· 8–10 years of relevant experience in Digital Financial Services, preferably in a similar enterprise-focused role.
· Strong team leadership background, managing cross-functional and multi-location teams.
· Proven success in managing senior-level relationships, including CXOs.
· Strong technical understanding of DFS products and their use cases in payroll and collections.
· Familiarity with SBP regulations related to digital financial services.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated success in meeting high sales targets in enterprise disbursement and collection use cases.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
