Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via social media and WhatsApp chats.
- Identify and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Address all queries raised on social media channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
