Role
As a Unit Head / Senior Manager, you will drive growth for 10Pearls by managing a team of BD and Presales, expanding accounts, and leading end-to-end sales cycles. You’ll collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure client success while keeping a pulse on market trends and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle from opportunity identification through qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Manage a team of Business Development and Presales to deliver on their targets
- Manage and grow client accounts, driving upsell opportunities, renewals, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation, demand generation, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions, strong client outcomes, and ongoing satisfaction.
- Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and capability presentations in collaboration with technical, legal, and finance teams.
- Track and report sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and deal profitability to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within IT services, AI, cloud, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and growing strategic accounts.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, including application development, cloud computing, AI solutions, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to emerging tools and AI-driven technologies to enhance client engagement and sales processes.
- Willing to work in shift starting 6:00 PM till 3:00 AM PKT
