Singaporean IT firm Expanding its team in Pakistan.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with agribusiness clients including distributors, millers, food producers, and agri-input providers.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to closing and post-sale support.
- Work closely with commercial and product teams to align client needs with tailored product offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals that deliver value for both the client and company.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and target segments.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in agriculture, business, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, within agritech, or agriculture sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with the agricultural landscape and customer needs in Pakistan, especially Punjab.
