Responsibilities:
- Conduct backlink research and competitor link analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Assist in developing and executing off-page SEO strategies including:
- Link building (guest posting, broken link building, skyscraper technique)
- Blogger and influencer outreach
- Directory submissions and business listings
- Forum posting and Q&A site contributions (Quora, Reddit, etc.)
- Identify high-quality backlink opportunities and manage outreach campaigns.
- Monitor backlink profile growth and report on results.
- Collaborate with content team to support linkable content creation.
- Stay up to date with off-page SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of SEO, especially off-page/link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to craft compelling outreach emails.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of blogging platforms, forums, and social bookmarking sites is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with link-building campaigns (even as a personal project).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and how websites function.
- Understanding of domain authority, spam score, and backlink quality metrics.
