Job Summary:
We are looking for a Supervisor with proven experience in managing large teams of daily wage labor. The ideal candidate must have a backup pool of 150+ workers and will be responsible for supervision, attendance, daily task allocation, and cash wage distribution at our site in Jaranwala, Faisalabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise 150+ daily wage workers on a daily basis.
- Maintain a ready labor pool of 150+ workers to meet project needs without delays.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily cash wage distribution to all workers.
- Keep detailed attendance and wage records.
- Handle worker issues and conflicts with professionalism.
- Assign daily tasks to laborers and ensure work quality and productivity.
- Report daily workforce updates to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum intermediate or Graduation (B.A., B.Com or related field)
- Must have an existing network or pool of 150+ daily wage laborers
- 3+ years of experience in labor supervision or site operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- High level of trustworthiness in handling cash
- Preferably local to Jaranwala/Faisalabad or willing to relocate.
Location: Faisalabad – Jaranwala
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month
Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Age Limit: 30 – 35 Years
