We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Upwork Bidder to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork, managing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
This is a full-time, on-site position for night shift at our office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. If you are skilled at writing compelling proposals, and experienced in client handling—we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Write customized, high-converting proposals on Upwork.
- Bid on relevant projects daily and secure new clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and manage expectations.
- Keep clients updated on project progress and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.
- Achieve or exceed monthly project acquisition and revenue targets.
- Monitor competition and stay updated with Upwork trends and policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in bidding and securing projects on Upwork (REQUIRED).
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to work night shift and be present on-site at our Karachi office.
