We are hiring a dedicated Upwork Bidder to help us win WordPress and Shopify projects through our Upwork profiles. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Malir, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and submit daily proposals specifically for WordPress and Shopify projects on Upwork.
- Understand client needs and craft custom responses that increase our chances of winning.
- Maintain a high response rate and actively follow up with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand service offerings and technical details.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience bidding on Upwork (No applicants without Upwork experience will be considered).
- Strong command of written English.
- Understanding of WordPress and Shopify project scopes.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and goal-oriented.
Work Details:
- Location: On-site – Malir, Karachi
- Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
