Claims & Denials Management
- Review and resolve claim denials on a daily basis; analyze ERA reports and escalate trends to the billing supervisor.
- Act quickly on routine denials to keep billing operations running smoothly.
- Track aged claims and denial trends through consistent weekly and monthly reporting.
- Identify and report payment variances or shortfalls to the billing manager.
- Prepare and submit insurance appeals with complete and accurate documentation.
- Process claims for specialized services including TMS, Spravato, and psychological testing.
- Collaborate with the billing manager to achieve resolution and performance targets.
Patient & Provider Communication
- Respond to billing-related questions from patients, staff, and Patient Services Representatives (PSRs).
- Review and update patient account balances; assign follow-up tasks for collections when necessary.
- Work with providers to update claims, including diagnosis code corrections and required documentation.
- Communicate with insurance companies for prior authorizations, network issues, or out-of-network cases.
- Manage patient billing questions via chat and initiate refund requests when applicable.
System Support & Process Improvement
- Submit support requests in eClinicalWorks (eCW) for technical billing issues.
- Provide troubleshooting support to team members and offer guidance on resolving billing issues.
- Coordinate with the U.S.-based team for insurance-related documentation and submissions.
- Manage claim adjustments and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.
- Contribute to team discussions and process improvement efforts during regular meetings.
- Support billing system updates, training efforts, and workflow improvements under the guidance of the billing manager.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to internal billing standards and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
