About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and well-connected individuals who can recruit live stream hosts for Star App, a fast-growing live streaming platform. As an agent, you will earn commission for each host you onboard who completes their assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit hosts (age 18+) to join and stream on Star App
- Guide hosts on how to complete their tasks (daily streaming goals)
- Motivate and manage your team of hosts
- Ensure hosts meet weekly/monthly streaming requirements
Earnings (Commission-Based):
- You’ll earn a fixed commission per active host based on their completed tasks
- The more hosts you bring and manage successfully, the more you earn
- Transparent payout system and regular reporting
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Social media presence or community network preferred
- Prior experience in marketing, recruitment, or event hosting is a plus
- Basic understanding of live streaming apps is a bonus
