About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of professional services. This is a remote position, ideal for someone organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating appointments and managing a online business diaries.
- Communicating with clients and partner organisations in a professional manner.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading documents.
- Managing records and files securely in line with data protection guidelines.
- Providing general administrative support for remote operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Strong administrative experience (experience in professional services preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online platforms.
- Efficient in English with strong fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare, legal, or consultancy administration.
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
