Eligibility
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Server Administration, Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Messaging Systems
- Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Skilled in working effectively under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and monitoring Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, hardware/software inventory, software distribution, patch management, and mobile device management
- Managing Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, and Replication Services
- Deploying and managing security tools on servers and clients via Endpoint Protection
- Ensuring compliance with IS policies by hardening server and client OS per global security baselines
- Troubleshooting messaging infrastructure issues across internal and external interfaces
- Providing technical support to handheld device users
- Performing regular backups and restorations of file server data, email servers, application software, and databases
