Eligibility
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience required.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of servers, systems, and messaging system administration, including Active Directory, Endpoint Protection, and Server Administration
- Showing analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Communicating effectively and demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Collaborating as a team player
- Performing well under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Administering, Managing Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, and Replication Services
- Utilizing Active Directory reporting tools and resolving identified issues
- Administering servers and SWIFT services to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring IT security efficiency through Endpoint Protection (Antivirus) and adhering to IS policies and procedures
- Designing and maintaining failover clusters for high availability
- Troubleshooting Active Directory and SWIFT infrastructure at both internal and external interfaces
- Providing technical support to handheld device users
- Performing regular backups and restorations of file server data, email servers, application software, and databases
