Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Payables & Taxation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all fixed asset activities, overseeing tax compliance (including filing with FBR and SRB), supporting audits, and ensuring timely and accurate financial close processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Fixed Asset activities: additions, disposals, depreciation runs, reconciliations, and maintaining the FA register
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Supervise accounts payable processes and ensure adherence to company policies
- Assist in internal, external, and tax audits
- Handle tax compliance including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax
- File Sales Tax Returns with FBR and SRB
- Perform vendor reconciliations on a half-yearly and as-needed basis
- Record and verify foreign exchange gain/loss
- Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Experience with Oracle or Odoo ERP is a strong plus
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- ACCA or MBA (Finance) qualified.
- Strong knowledge of taxation (Sales Tax, Withholding, Income Tax).
- Proven experience in fixed assets accounting and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP or Odoo is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with audit processes and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
