Requirements:
- You must have a stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation.
- Exceptional skills in setting appointments and ensuring client attendance at meetings.
- Proficiency in English is a must, both spoken and written.
- Proven ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Must have experience in service selling; product selling experience won't be considered. Previous experience in selling life insurance or banking products is highly valued.
- Related certificates/training will be a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Closing and selling our wide range of courses to prospective clients.
- Engage in a high volume of calls, maximizing talk time and setting appointments to seal the deal.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively, handle objections with finesse, and craft compelling presentations and emails tailored to different course proposals.
Timings:
- 9 hours per day with a 1-hour break included. (6 days a Week)
- 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM OR 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
