· Enhance outlet's operational efficiency.
· Developing and managing the staff
· Focus on customer service development and adopting best practices in all aspects of operation.
· Inventory Management, including audits and financial performance reporting
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve any employee or customer concerns promptly.
Reports to: CEO
Direct reportees: Outlet operations' staff.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality or retail industry.
· Proficient in MS office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours (on weekends and public holidays)
· Location: Dolmen Mall Clifton Karachi.
