Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of Cravings Bakeshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency.
2. Supply Chain Management:
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure best value.
3. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
4. Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
5. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a bakery or food service industry.
2. Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
