Job Title: Head of Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Head of Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This role will oversee all marketing functions including brand strategy, digital marketing, content, communications, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building successful marketing strategies and managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee content creation, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and PR.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and market alignment.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels, presenting regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage external vendors, agencies, and partnerships as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in building and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, etc.].
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Demonstrated experience in brand development and storytelling.
