We’re a high-velocity e-commerce team turning data into dollars. By identifying trends early and executing rapid-test campaigns, we launch 30+ products every month — bringing the next big hit to market faster than anyone else.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Strategy: Define monthly testing goals (30+ tests), set budget allocations, and align KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Lead the Squad: Manage and mentor a team of marketers, media buyers, creatives, and researchers.
- Oversee Campaigns: Approve test briefs, review creatives, and ensure timely go-live of landing pages.
- Optimize in Real-Time: Monitor performance dashboards (Google Data Studio, Supermetrics) and make quick scale/kill decisions.
- Refine Processes: Run weekly retros, update SOPs, and adopt tools to maintain competitive edge.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Devs, Creatives, and Analysts to enhance product launch success.
You Bring:
- ✅ 5+ years in performance-driven digital marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads).
- ✅ 2+ years in a leadership role managing agile teams.
- ✅ Proficiency with dashboards, A/B testing, and data-backed decision making.
- ✅ A startup-ready mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and pressure-tested.
- ✅ Excellent communication skills — translating data into clear action steps.
Nice to Have:
- Shopify or landing page builder experience (Shogun, PageFly).
- Familiarity with ad spy tools for trend-spotting and product ideation.
- A proven track record of scaling 7-figure campaigns.
