- Plan, develop, and execute customized menus for various catering events.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure high standards are met.
- Lead and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Ensure all kitchen activities comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Work closely with event managers to ensure menus align with client expectations and dietary requirements.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance team.
- Innovate new dishes and adapt recipes based on client feedback and food trends.
- Ensure timely and efficient service for off-site catering operations.
- Monitor kitchen scheduling and labor costs for optimal efficiency.
