Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 1.5 years of experience who are passionate about overseeing project lifecycles and analyzing business requirements to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status and risks.
- Business Analysis:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to validate solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of tools such as Confluence and Asana.
