We are looking for a highly skilled APM to support our team. Candidate must be from technical background as per the requirement of Client.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage technical risks and ensure best practices in software development.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, senior management, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates.
- Support business analysis and requirement gathering for project execution.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and coding standards.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and perfectionist.
- Proven experience in project management and client engagement.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development, and web technologies.
- Reports directly to the Senior Project Manager (SPM).
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
