Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project sales team to drive revenue and meet growth targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on large-scale commercial and residential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in project-based or B2B sales (glass, Aluminium, construction, or building materials preferred).
- Strong industry network and experience in contract negotiation, and project delivery.
- Leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and SAP (preferred).
