Job Description:
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for the Tempering Division.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and establish relationships with key customers including architects, contractors, and industrial clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy cash flow from the region.
- Conduct regular field visits to support team members, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, and production departments for smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, credit limits, and company sales protocols.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the glass, construction, or building materials industry.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/SAP systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
