As Regional Manager Service Center Operations - Central Region at PakWheels, you'll be responsible for overseeing the launch and expansion of service centers, starting with a pilot in Lahore. You will coordinate with key stakeholders and manage the project, from staff hiring to negotiating with suppliers and creating a supply chain. Your role includes ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the service center, with a focus on sales, margins, and profitability. Eventually, you will oversee the operations of all service centers within the Central region, ensuring timely project completion and successful launches.
Responsibilities:
- Heading building and launching of pilot service center in Lahore
- Coordinating with all stakeholders for the project, work in the capacity of owner of the project.
- Coordinating of hiring of staff for the service center/s.
- Creating a supply chain of products and supplies of the service center.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions with the suppliers.
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the service center.
- Expanding service centers in different parts of Lahore and possibly smaller cities
- Eventually looking after the operations of all the service centers coming in the jurisdiction of Central region
- Accountabilities include but are not limited to timely completion of project, launching of project, complete operation of the installations, sales, margins and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-7 years of related experience.
- Basic qualification BE Engineer and/or business degree.
- Project handling skills
- Communication skills.
- Retail business experience in the lubricating oil and service industry.
- Experience with lube oil marketing companies will be a big plus.
- Leadership, team handling skills both blue collar and white collar
