Job Role / Responsibilities:
Reporting to Manager, Treasury you will be responsible for compliance with banking requirements, funds management, opening and closure of new bank accounts and coordination with banks for movement of funds and amendment of list of signatories.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- ensuring arrangement of funds for Payroll, routine and periodic vendor payments
- ensuring funds management in a way to earn maximum profits
- preparing documentation for banking operations
- ensuring timely update of signatories (Addition / deletion / amendment in limits) for banking operations
- opening and closure of Organization’s bank accounts
- monthly closing activities.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
You should have:
- a Bachelors (16 years of education)/ Masters in progress. Master would be preferred
- a minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience in Treasury or Banking related function
- experience of financial or management reporting
- sound knowledge of overall financial systems
- strong analytical and writing skills
- proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- proficiency in use of computer packages specially MS Office
- the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
