About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team! In this role, you'll support the entire hiring process from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. If you're passionate about people, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the recruitment space, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Review applications and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are up to date
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns
- Help with onboarding logistics for new hires
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR team
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn) is a plus
