Role Summary
We’re scaling our outreach efforts across Florida to engage with key healthcare professionals—Practice Managers, Referral Coordinators, School Counselors, and Case Managers. Your job is simple: book meetings that lead to qualified referrals through professional, personalized LinkedIn outreach and email.
Your Day-to-Day
- Identify and reach out to decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Send personalized messages (no copy-paste spam)
- Book qualified intro calls and manage warm leads in GoHighLevel CRM
- Follow clear workflows and daily outreach targets using ClickUp
- Maintain a clean pipeline and detailed logs of all prospect interactions
- Deliver weekly performance results—no excuses
What We Expect
- Minimum 2 years of B2B LinkedIn-based appointment setting experience (healthcare preferred)
- Fluent in English writing with strong business communication skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoHighLevel, and ClickUp
- Reliable internet, power, and daily availability
- A mindset focused on results, not just activity
- Ability to hit KPI benchmarks (connection acceptance, meeting conversions, referrals)
