Job Title: Back Office Support Assistant
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Timing: Night Shift (Aligned with US Eastern Time)
Working Hours (Pakistan Time): 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT (May vary slightly depending on daylight saving time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Support Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent command of Microsoft Excel, and proven data entry abilities. The candidate should also be comfortable working night shifts. This position requires an Intermediate (Fsc, ICS, I.Com, B.com or related degree) qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point) tools
- Manage and update inventory records using Google Sheets or MS Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with documentation, file organization, and report generation
- Provide administrative support to back-office departments
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and in-person with internal staff and vendors
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have an F.Sc. (Faculty of Science) qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions are a plus).
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Basic understanding of computer software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working night shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
