EDUCATION: Bachelors in Engineering / MBA
EXPERIENCE 8-10 years of experience in highly productive sales with a track able sales history in a similar industry.
POSITION EXPERIENCE:
This position exists to find Leads & new Opportunities for Business deveolopment with Task management along with Team collaboration and Report generation. Additionally, responsible for the promotion of existing and mainstay principals.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Mapping out yearly growth plans, setting milestones and strategies for client acquisition and revenue targets
- Identifying new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation strategies
- Cultivating warm business and partner relationships over the phone, via email and through face to face meetings – increasing spend with current clients
- Aligns expectations and goals of the planned project formally
- Provides required and aligned product and sales information to team members in coordination with foreign principals;
- Work closely with the product development team of principal for products customizations.
- Pre-qualification of Governmental projects and tenders, overseeing pre delivery inspections and documentations.
- Attains consistent follow up with project teams for timely recovery of receivables for availability of Funds
- responsible for the promotion of principals to both Government and Private sector customers in assigned Region of Pakistan;
- Ensure equal (50/50) penetration & clientele in public and private sector within the defined region.
- Strive to onboard new principals & maximize their sales to achieve equal (50/50) or near to equal sales in comparison to existing principals.
- Coordinate and cooperate with Sales team in each region in order to maximize profitability along with improving the customer base whilst working alongside the Product Support and other support functions such as Admin, Finance, Supply Chain and Planning.
- Assures the compliance with all relevant standards and requirements
- Ensures the timely completion of planned activities
- Reviews persistently in detail several times a week, weekly and monthly
- Prepares precise and detailed reports on timely basis
- Closely monitoring performance and provide regular reports and data to senior management
- Working closely with service delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and maximise retention figures
- Finalizes the prices and Forecasts the sales budgets bi-annually
- Formulates and submits a comprehensive outlay of budgeted amount
- Ensures compliance with all relevant standards and requirements
- Devises accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts on timely basis
- Ensure Follow ups, Repeat Business & Referrals by introducing best practices
- Identifies potential risks early
- Motivates individual team members through one-on-one communication
- Ensure feedback from team members and recognitions as required
- Discusses the clear consequences and rewards for the sales team members and account managers in order to enable the team to be successful
- Prepares precise and detailed reports on timely basis.

- Knowledge of formulation of financial reports

- Detailed knowledge of Financial Reporting.
- Understanding of Infrastructue development Projects including Earthmoving / Quarrying / Material Handling / Agricultural Equipment
- Knowledge of Road / Dam Construction
- Good understanding of Sales, machine handling & Project Management.
