We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales (B2B) to join a reputable organization based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in industrial machinery sales within the beverage, food, dairy, home & personal care sectors, and refrigeration systems.
Qualification:
- BE / BS in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical)
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in B2B industrial products
- Experience in Beverage, Food, Dairy, Home & Personal Care industries and refrigeration systems will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive machinery sales in Pakistan’s beverage and FMCG sectors
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring prompt handling of inquiries and concerns
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and new clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to discover growth areas
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close profitable deals
- Provide clients with technical guidance on equipment selection, installation, operation, and maintenance
- Maintain strong client relationships to foster upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor account performance, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve issues proactively
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams for smooth equipment delivery and installation
Travel Requirement:
- 50% travel, as per business needs
Salary & Benefits:
- Rs. 150,000 – Rs. 200,000 per month (based on experience)
