Our growing software and digital agency is looking for a Business Development Executive (Bidder) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in bidding for web design and application development projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Karachi, ideal for someone ambitious, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping businesses grow through strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Write and submit effective proposals for website design, mobile apps, and custom development services
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms
Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and convert leads into deals
Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities and follow up regularly
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy and project feasibility
Meet weekly/monthly bidding and closing targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in online bidding / business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of IT services like:
- Website Design & Development (WordPress, React, etc.)
- Mobile App Development (iOS/Android)
- UI/UX design, APIs, eCommerce, etc.
Ability to write persuasive proposals and tailor them to client needs
Must be based in Karachi, Pakistan and available to work on-site
